TO SIGN UP FOR THE CU/NYU COLLEGE LIFE STUDY:

To sign up for the College Life Study at Columbia University, please print out two copies of the Pre-Screen Form  and two copies of the Consent Form. Both you and your roommate (or suitemate) will each need to complete the forms and then return the original copies to our lab.
