Research

My main duties at the lab include fMRI data analysis, running scans, running behavioral experiments and data analysis. For my undergraduate thesis at Princeton, I designed and ran a neural network simulation of the role of Locus Coeruleus in monkey behavior on a stimulus detection task and the possible role of LC state in the regulation of attentional state (focused/local vs. distributed/global). I'm currently attempting to explore other cognitive phenomena with this model. I'm also working on a behavioral variant of the attentional blink task.
