Welcome to the NYU Neurolinguistics Lab at the Departments of Linguistics and Psychology at New York University. We are an interdisciplinary interdepartmental lab studying the mental structures and neural bases of human language. Our primary technique to monitor brain activity is magnetoencephalography (MEG). We work in close collaboration with the NYU Center for Neuromagnetism and the KIT/NYU MEG Joint Research Lab.
