I received a B.A. in Psychology in 2001 from Fairfield University. I received an M.S.W. in Social work in 2003 from New York University. I received both my M.S. (2011) and my Ph.D. (2015) in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida International University.
My industry experience spans the internal and external consulting space. I have worked across multiple industry settings, including government, pharmaceutical, healthcare and financial services. My work in these industries has included leadership development, executive coaching & assessment, talent acquisition, learning & development, behavioral change management, organizational development and talent management.
My research interest crosses two broad areas: leadership development and organizational health psychology.
